The Apprentice Business Package is designed for businesses that are expanding into hiring their first employees and now need payroll assistance in addition to basic bookkeeping, tax prep and state & federal tax filings.  This package provides basic bookkeeping, payroll processing and tax filings.

One hour initial consultation reviewing your business records to identify points of strength and those needing support, listening to your financial goals and creating an action plan for us to assist you going forward.  The initial consultation will include:
Reviewing your current books to determine the amount of work needed going forward.​
Setting up QuickBooks if you don't currently have it in place.
Requesting required payroll permits.
Discussing the differences between employee and subcontractor tax treatment.
Advising on payroll insurance requirements.
Reviewing employer tax obligations.
Ten hours a month of bookkeeping assistance/services processing payroll* and monthly financial reports.
One hour quarterly meeting to discuss how the business is progressing and if we are needing to update business structure or make additions or changes for optimal tax planning strategies.
Payroll processing includes payroll taxes and filing of those reports, filing workers comp reports, assisting with workers comp/general liability audits, HR service (new hire paperwork, employer manuals, etc.)
