We know that small business owners are focused on their bottom line and want to know exactly what they will be paying for services, so we designed our pricing structure to provide just that. Flat rate prices that are budget friendly.
Our Bookkeeping Packages are laid out below to provide an easy way for you to compare our various packages and choose the one that works for you.

All bookkeeping clients are required to sign up for automatic payments. Billing will occur the first week of the month for the services performed the month prior. (Only for monthly Billing Packages)

Per employee charges will be billed at the time we run payroll along with the payroll taxes.

If you require clean-up/catch-up on bookkeeping, all fees for the clean-up period is due up front before work begins.




All Bookkeeping Packages can add S-Corp/Partnership returns for $42/month or $420/year and add Personal Tax Returns for $18/month or $180/year. Contact your ATP Tax Expert to add your Tax Return(s).

One hour initial consultation going over different entity types, tax ramifications of those entities, best practices, insurance requirements and information gathering to complete the following:

Business filings with the state and federal governments (LLC, DBA, EIN)

Setting up Quickbooks for your business

STARTUP BUSINESS PACKAGE
The Startup Business Package is designed for first year businesses focusing on setting up their state & federal business licenses and reporting requirements. It also provides additional hours of bookkeeping assistance each month.
Startup Business Package:
$125/month or $1,250/year when billed annually

SOLOPRENEUR BUSINESS PACKAGE
The Solopreneur Business Package is designed for businesses where the employees are the owners. This package is designed for those wanting to spend more time growing their business and leave managing payroll and bookkeeping to us. This package provides basic bookkeeping, payroll processing and tax filings.

One hour initial consultation going over your business, what you do, where your problem areas are and creating an action plan for us to assist you going forward. We will:

Review your current accounting to determine the amount of work needed going forward

Set up Quickbooks if you don't currently have it in place

APPRENTICE BUSINESS PACKAGE
The Apprentice Business Package is designed for businesses that are expanding into hiring their first employees and now need payroll assistance in addition to basic bookkeeping, tax prep and state & federal tax filings. This package provides basic bookkeeping, payroll processing and tax filings.

One hour initial consultation reviewing your business records to identify points of strength and those needing support, listening to your financial goals and creating an action plan for us to assist you going forward. The initial consultation will include:

Reviewing your current books to determine the amount of work needed going forward.

Setting up QuickBooks if you don't currently have it in place.

Discussing the differences between employee and subcontractor tax treatment.

The Journeyman Business Package is designed for established businesses that need more time commitment than the Apprentice Business Package due to increased volume in your business or the number of accounts that your business maintains. They understand the importance of having clean financial statements and everything processed correctly and on-time.
Includes:

Everything included in “The Apprentice Business” package plus an additional five hours of bookkeeping assistance, for a total of 15 hours.
Journeyman Business Package:
$500/month or $5,000/year when billed annually
(a Savings of $1,000)

The Experienced Business Package is designed for the experienced business that has more complex needs than basic bookkeeping, payroll and taxes.

The Master Business Package is designed for the business that has grown to the point that they need more visibility in their financial reporting to make the most informed decisions, as such this requires more complex bookkeeping and more communication with the bookkeepers than smaller businesses. They are not at the point of needing an in-house bookkeeper or a CPA.
